Software vendors tend to be careless about letting you believe that all you have to do is acquire their systems, and life will be wonderful.
If you've acquired any systems, no doubt you've quickly learned that it isn't as simple as that. You've got to learn to "drive" these systems. Otherwise they just sort of "sit in the garage".
Another thing software vendors tend to be careless about is letting you know that their systems require a certain amount of "under-the-hood" work before you can even think about "driving" them anywhere.
Attempts to "drive" without doing the "under-the-hood" work just produce massive frustration. Consequently, many agents never realize the promise of these truly powerful systems.
The good news is you don't have to learn to be your systems "mechanic" in order to "drive" them. Learning to "drive" can be much easier than you think if you get a little training and or coaching. This section will help get you a running start.
