I've found that it is more productive for my clients to think of their Top Producer systems like a car:
 
 
For most clients it does not make sense for them to learn how to become Top Producer "mechanics".  There is too much to learn.  Most things only need to be setup once; then changed infrequently, or not at all. 
 
It's just too expensive, timewise and moneywise, to learn how to do things you'll only do once, then forget.  So we usually just do the setup⁄mechanic stuff (i.e. marketing automation, presentations, plans, database optimization, etc.) for our clients; they really like that.
 
Our training and coaching sessions focus on "Driving" Top Producer like a pro.
